Will be on Vacation this month Happy 2nd Anniversary STJ Art Work Information Like all of my paper mache creations. My creations are entirely hand sculpted and painted. I may make more than one of a particular design but each will be different from all the others. The pieces are sculpted with paper mache strips or paper pulp or clay laid over an armature either of wire, wood, balloons or a combination. They are then coated several times with Gesso, sanded, hand painted with acrylics, aged, then sealed with varnish. Finishing touches sometimes include a dusting of iridized glitter, sequins, or rhinestones.Each piece is signed and dated on the bottom by me, artist Jorge deRojas.
