I ain't afraid of no ghost ... just the dark ......
This dashing melon is an original pure sculpt ,designed and made by me .
He prefers to light his own candle all by himself, thank you very much ,
well a little help from Mr. Crow can't hurt?
Both made from paper mache clay over foam core and wire, secured
to a wooden base. Washes of acrylic paints were used
for his coloring then sealed with a matte spray. Small metal pumpkins
embellish his clothes and a smiling fanged bat
rests at his neck . I've given his eyes added depth with a glossy
dimensional medium. His hat and spatz shoes have curled wire vines
for an added bit of whimsy! Mr.Crow was given blank glass eyes
that were painted with glittery red enamel . A pprox. 14- 1/2” tall

Autumn Folk
When you listen closely,

Here's another guy who's just as happy to see ya too!
This cheeky guy is a “ Wall Art “ ornament, a pure sculpt,
designed and created by me Flora Thompson.
He is made from airdry clay over a foam core base
with hooks on top for easy hanging, painted with
acrylic washes and chalks.
A fine crackle finish was applied to him, giving him
the "feel " of Majolica, he wears a full ruffled
crepe paper collar in co-ordinating colors ,that have been
generously frosted with gold glitter for a striking sparkle.
I have given the eyes depth with a dimensional medium
then sealed all with a matte varnish spray.
He will come to you signed and dated,
as always this is not a toy but a collectible and
should be treated as such, approx. size is 6-1/4 “.
