Discover the beauty of Spun Cotton
There is very little information available about how to create any type of spun cotton art and I've researched and developed my own style for this medium.
My spun cotton figures are of my original design and completely handmade without the use of preformed shapes or molds. Each piece takes several days to complete.
*All clothing is of my original design and sewn by me. I use top quality fabrics, crepe papers and trims in everything I create.*

"Moonlight Ride"
a spun cotton art doll
Up, up and away into the moonlight, Evelina holds tight to the reins and rides with delight!
Her "witchy couture" consists of a gown made with layered sparkly orange cotton and black tulle trimmed with soft magenta ruffs. Laced up boots and striped stockings and she even wears her fancy knickers to chase away the chills.
The perfect hat made from cotton batting and trimmed with tulle, glass glitter, feathers and ribbons has made all the other witches green with envy!
She has her very own little debonair Moon Man to light her way!
A vintage tin mold covered in black glass glitter and trimmed with ruffled ribbon is the base for this piece.
This piece measures 12"
